Lesson not marking as complete

1. Confirm that you have completed all required parts of the lesson, including watching videos fully, completing reading materials, and finishing any quizzes or interactive tasks.
2. Look for a “Complete Lesson” button at the end of the module and click it if provided.
3. Refresh your LMS page or log out and log back in to trigger data syncing.
4. Clear your browser cache and cookies to avoid loading outdated page data.
5. Occasionally, LMS progress tracking has a delay; wait 10-15 minutes and check again.
6. If the lesson still doesn’t mark complete, collect these details before contacting support:
   • Lesson title and ID (if available)
   • Your username or user ID
   • The browser and device you are using
