Getting access to new materials

1. Confirm with your manager or learning coordinator that the new courses have been assigned to your profile or group correctly.
2. Log out and log back into the LMS to refresh your dashboard and course listings.
3. Check the Upcoming Courses or Available Courses tabs, as new courses may appear there before enforcement in your primary list.
4. Verify your user role permits access to the new courses; some courses require special permissions.
5. If you still cannot see the courses, submit a ticket to LMS support with your user ID and course names.
