Lesson progress not saving
- Always fully complete each lesson section before navigating away.
- Click any provided “Save Progress” or “Finish” buttons rather than closing your browser abruptly.
- Avoid refreshing the browser repeatedly during a lesson, which can interrupt progress tracking.
- Clear browser cache and cookies regularly to avoid stale data issues.
- Test progress saving on another browser or device to check if it’s a local problem.
- If the problem persists, report it to LMS support with:
- Lesson name/ID
- Time and steps when progress was lost
- Device and browser details
