Cannot download lesson materials
- Locate the downloadable file links, usually under Lesson Resources or Attachments sections.
- Right-click the download link and select “Save link as…” to direct the download location.
- Ensure your browser permissions allow downloads; check browser settings under Privacy and Security.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions or security software that might block downloads.
- Try accessing the LMS from a different browser or device.
- If download issues continue, consult your network administrator to confirm no firewall or proxy restrictions apply.
- Contact LMS support providing the lesson details and file names for further assistance.
