Cannot download lesson materials

1. Locate the downloadable file links, usually under Lesson Resources or Attachments sections.
2. Right-click the download link and select “Save link as…” to direct the download location.
3. Ensure your browser permissions allow downloads; check browser settings under Privacy and Security.
4. Temporarily disable browser extensions or security software that might block downloads.
5. Try accessing the LMS from a different browser or device.
6. If download issues continue, consult your network administrator to confirm no firewall or proxy restrictions apply.
7. Contact LMS support providing the lesson details and file names for further assistance.
